Welcome to Superman Engineering. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform, including purchases, wholesale access, and creator storefronts. By accessing or using our website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Platform Overview
Superman Engineering is a verified distributor of automotive products, offering retail and wholesale access to oil filters, fluids, batteries, and more. We are not a manufacturer and product availability may vary.
2. User Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to place orders.
- Wholesale access requires verification and approval.
- Creator storefronts are subject to onboarding and content guidelines.
3. Ordering & Delivery
- Orders are confirmed via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
- Delivery is available across Greater Accra via Bolt, Uber, or verified riders.
- Estimated dispatch time is within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
4. Payment Terms
- Accepted methods: Mobile Money, bank transfer, invoice (for verified partners), and cash on delivery (COD in select zones).
- COD orders require phone confirmation and rider availability.
- Refunds are only available for overpayments.
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.
5. Wholesale Access
- Wholesale partners must apply and be approved.
- Payment terms: 3–7 days post-delivery for verified accounts.
- Minimum order quantities or bundle rules may apply.
6. Creator Storefronts
- Creators may apply to launch storefronts and promote verified products.
- Affiliate boards and tipping features are subject to platform guidelines.
- Payouts are processed monthly based on verified sales.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and product descriptions are the property of Superman Engineering or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delivery delays, product substitutions, or third-party service interruptions. The platform is provided “as is” without warranties.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and may be communicated via banner or email.
