Do You Accept Returns? #
At this time, we do not accept product returns. Many of our products — including oils, fluids, and lubricants — are sealed, sensitive, and cannot be resold once opened or dispatched. This helps us maintain product integrity and safety for all customers.
When Can I Request a Refund? #
Refunds are available in the following cases:
- Overpayment If you accidentally paid more than the order total, we’ll refund the difference via Mobile Money or bank transfer.
- Order Cancellation Before Dispatch If you cancel your order before it’s confirmed for delivery, you may request a full refund.
- Product Unavailable After Payment If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we’ll offer a refund or store credit.
Notes & Tips #
- Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days
- You can request store credit instead of a refund
- All sales are final once a product is dispatched
